Volumes beyond the listed sizes are quoted by a person, because the price depends on quantity, single-batch availability and destination. Send the products, the quantities, the delivery state and your timescale. Licensed resellers should include their licence: the official certificate of analysis is issued against it.

Everything on the site is priced for single orders in fixed sizes. Anything larger is quoted, because at volume the price depends on things a price list cannot know — how much is available from one batch, where it is going, and when you need it.
A useful enquiry has four things in it. An enquiry missing them takes two more emails to become useful.

The official certificate of analysis is issued to licensed resellers on provision of a licence, and it comes back with your pricing rather than as a separate request afterwards. That saves an exchange of emails and it means you can assess the material and the price together.
Everyone else receives the summary for their batch on request, against the batch code printed on the package. Both are real documents; the difference is the level of detail, not whether the material was tested. Reading one is covered in the guide to certificates of analysis.
Say whether the material needs to come from a single batch.
Bark is an agricultural product and batches differ — tannin content is a property of the harvest, as set out in what tannins are. If you are producing anything that has to match across a run, or reselling to customers who will compare bags, single-batch matters a great deal.
It is usually possible, but it depends on what is in stock when you ask, so state it up front rather than discovering it afterwards.
If we cannot supply what you have asked for — wrong volume, wrong destination, wrong timescale, or not available from one batch — we will say so plainly rather than quoting something we cannot deliver.
That is less pleasant to read than a quote and considerably better than a missed shipment.
A person reads the enquiry and replies with pricing for the quantities you asked about, including delivery. It is not an automated quote and it is not a form letter, which is why it takes a little longer and why the answer is usable.
As with every order on this site, no card details are entered on the site. The order is checked first — stock, batch, destination — and payment details follow by chat and by email with the invoice.

Bulk shipments are quoted with the goods, so the delivery charge is part of the quote rather than a surprise at checkout. The ordinary threshold rules in what qualifies for free shipping do not apply to wholesale pricing.
Packaging is the same at any volume: double-sealed and unmarked.

Everything described here is raw botanical material sold for dyeing, soap making and craft work. It is not food, it is not a supplement, and it is not for human consumption. Nothing on this page is a recommendation to put any of it in or on a body.
Every order is double-sealed in packaging that says nothing about its contents. Botanical orders travel by USPS, UPS or a local agency and are free from $100. Vapor products are regulated under the PACT Act, ship separately on a compliant carrier, and are never included in free shipping.
Photograph the outer packaging before opening it further, then the contents as they arrived, then send us the order number. Those photographs are what a carrier claim needs and cannot be reconstructed later. Report within a few days while the claim window is open, and keep the packaging until it is settled.
Orders of one hundred dollars or more ship free within the United States, counted on the goods before any delivery charge. Vapor products are excluded because they travel on a separate PACT Act carrier that charges regardless of total. A mixed order gets free shipping on the botanical half only.
