Psychadelic LLC is a United States retailer of legal psychedelics and botanicals, selling Mimosa Hostilis root bark, Amanita muscaria products and disposable vapes to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Every batch carries a published third-party laboratory report, and every state position we take carries the statute behind it.

What we sell, and to whom
We sell three product lines, and they are governed by three different bodies of law. Mimosa Hostilis root bark is a raw botanical material for dyeing, soap and cosmetic manufacture. Amanita muscaria products contain naturally occurring muscimol, which is not a federally controlled substance. Disposable vapes are regulated federally under the PACT Act and ship on a specialist carrier.
We sell within the United States only, to buyers 21 and over. We do not ship internationally and we do not sell through marketplaces.
How we decide what we can ship where
Legality in this category is not one answer, it is 51 answers per product line, and it moves. So we do not keep it in anyone’s head or in a spreadsheet.
Every state rule lives in one place, is versioned, and records who reviewed it and when. Our public legality pages and our shopping cart read that same record. It is why the page cannot tell you one thing and the checkout another — and why, where we hold no verified review for a product in a state, the cart refuses the sale rather than guessing. We would rather lose an order than get this wrong.
Why every batch is tested
Every batch is tested by an accredited third-party laboratory before it is offered, and the full report is published against its batch code. Not a representative sample — the batch in your hand.
The panels cover potency, heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, residual solvents and microbials. Publishing potency alone is common in this industry and tells a buyer the least useful part; contamination is what actually matters, so that is what we publish.
How we handle money
We take no payment on this website. You submit an order request, we verify it, and we send payment instructions afterwards.
That is unusual, and it is worth saying why plainly: it keeps card data out of our systems entirely. There is no card form here, no processor behind it, and nothing stored — so there is nothing for anyone to steal. It costs us some convenience at checkout and we think the trade is obviously right.
What we will not do
We make no health, medical or therapeutic claims about any product we sell, and we do not publish content that implies one. Every page of copy on this site — including customer reviews — passes an automated check for that language before it can be published.
We do not advertise. Paid advertising is not permitted in this category, and rather than work around that, we write things worth finding: per-state legality pages with cited statutes, published laboratory reports, and guides that answer the question rather than selling around it.

Commissions the third-party panel for every batch and publishes it against the batch code — potency, heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, solvents and microbials, not potency alone.

Packs and routes every order, and splits a cart by fulfilment channel so PACT-regulated products travel on the carrier that may lawfully carry them.
Customer Support
Reads every message a person sends us and answers within one business day. Verifies every payment by hand before an order moves.
Research & Editorial
Writes the guides and the per-state pages, and cites what they rely on. No health claims, ever — the automated check runs before anything can publish.
