Packaging and carrier are two different questions, and on this site they get two different answers depending on what you ordered. Both are worth understanding before you place an order rather than after.
Everything ships double-sealed, in smell-proof packaging. The outer layer carries an address label and nothing else: no product name, no brand mark, no description of contents, nothing that tells a neighbour or a courier what is inside.
The inner seal is doing a job beyond discretion. Bark is hygroscopic — it takes up moisture from the air — and a bag that spends three humid days in the back of a van and arrives damp will cake, and caked material never disperses properly again. Worse, damp plus warmth in a sealed bag is how mould starts. The seal is what stops all of that.
This is why storage advice matters at your end too: we can control the first week, not the next six months.

Vapor products are regulated under the federal PACT Act and cannot be sent through the US Postal Service. They go with a PACT Act compliant carrier instead.
Two consequences follow, and both are visible in the cart before you order.
They ship separately. A mixed order arrives as two deliveries, on two different days, because no single carrier can lawfully take both. Nothing has gone wrong when that happens.
They are excluded from free shipping. That carrier charges for its shipment, and the charge applies regardless of the order total. It is shown in the cart, never added afterwards.
If your cart holds botanical material and a vapor product together, the system splits them into two shipments at checkout. You are not charged twice for the botanical half, and the botanical half still qualifies for free shipping on its own merits.
The split is a legal constraint rather than a commercial one. We would send one parcel if we could.

Which products can go to which address is decided at checkout from our state rules, which are reviewed and dated rather than written into an article. That is deliberate: a sentence in a blog post freezes a position that then goes stale silently, whereas the cart reads the current rule. If something in your cart cannot ship to your address, the cart says so before you order rather than after.

Tracking is emailed when the label is created. If tracking has not moved for several days, send us the order number — we can open a case with the carrier as the shipper, which is generally faster than a recipient trying to do the same thing, because carriers deal more readily with account holders.

No card details are entered on this site. Every order is checked first — that the stock is there, from the batch you need, and that it can lawfully reach your address — and payment details follow by chat and by email with the invoice.

Orders of one hundred dollars or more ship free within the United States, counted on the goods before any delivery charge. Vapor products are excluded because they travel on a separate PACT Act carrier that charges regardless of total. A mixed order gets free shipping on the botanical half only.
